In this workshop, we will dive deeper into the subconscious mind. We will journey with you to discover the hidden thoughts that are negatively impacting your ability to live a fulfilling life. Many of our thoughts are very unloving, and these are preventing us to being fully ourselves.
In this 2 hour workshop, you will:
- Learn the different ways we create our reality
- Uncover the unloving thoughts that are sabotaging your life
- Learn 2-3 meditations on how to use love and compassion to assist you in your journey to self-discovery
- Learn some tools on how to create from a more conscious level

Awakening Self Love with Compassion Part-2
Description
In this workshop, we will continue the conversation we began in Awakening Self-love with Compassion Part 1. You will find the link to that presentation for here.
In this 2 hour workshop, you will:
- Dive deeper into the definition of love and discover the messages you received as a child from your environment about your own self-love
- Examine the different areas of your life to see how your ability to love yourself is impacting your: abundance, health, relationships, dreams and passion, etc.
- Learn some tools to act more lovingly towards yourself every day
Who Should Attend?
Participants who have attended Part 1, of this workshop, are invited to attend this second part which enables us to go a little deeper into the concepts of love and how it shows up in our lives.

Introduction to Compassion
Description
In this course, we take the very best of the compassion research out there and combine it with the most effective compassion practices to offer you a course that will leave you with strategies you can use every day to assist you with daily challenges. We will start at the most basic level of what compassion means and how it differs from empathy, kindness and self-care.
In this 2 hour introductory course, you will:
- Learn the theoretical basis of compassion and self-compassion
- Learn the benefits of compassion work on mental health
- Experience 2-3 compassion meditations
- Learn some strategies on how to be more compassionate to yourself and others
Who Should Attend?
Anyone desiring and introductory understanding of compassion for self and others and wishing to learn some strategies to help themselves in daily life.

Online Mindful Self-Compassion Classes
Description
The benefits of compassion training are:
There have been many identified and researched benefits of self-compassion which can all be related to emotional resilience. Emotional intelligence is linked with the ability to be aware of your emotions as well as being able to cope with them compassionately. When we are able to recognize our stress and practice self-care, we are able to motivate ourselves to navigate life’s challenges in healthy ways (Neff, 2011). Kristen Neff (2011) has examined many ways that self-compassion mitigates negative mindsets that can lead to emotional suffering. She explains that our brains have a negative bias that had evolutionary benefits by triggering fight and flight reactions. Current evidence demonstrates that getting stuck on our emotional distress is often rooted in feelings of shame and inadequacy. Self-compassion can neutralize this toxic dynamic by awakening feelings of warm and safety which then activates the mammalian caregiving system. Through this practice, the amygdala can be calmed. “People who practice self-compassion are less likely to suppress unwanted thoughts and emotions” (Neff, 2011) and people who practice self-compassion have a reduced risk for anxiety and depression (Neff, 2011).
What Is Mindful Self-Compassion?
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is a self-care practice; it is not therapy. It is being mindful of yourself in the moment when you feel stress and/or a sense of inadequacy. It is understanding that stress and suffering are part of the common human experience; you are not alone. It is also [and most importantly] being able to hold ourselves in loving kindness.
Who Should Attend?
This training program facilitates the practice of MSC. It is open to anyone who wants to learn about and overcome a pattern of self-judgement.
In this 8 week program you will learn through activities such as meditation, experiential exercises, group discussions and home practices.
